If you have residential service, it may be best for you to contact your service provider first, as they may cover the repair. However, if you find that they are just not up to the task, or you have a special situation, we are more than happy to accommodate and meet your needs. If you are a commercial or lodging and institutional customer, you are free to use any competent repair company of your choice.
Service provider technicians generally don’t understand complex systems, or systems installed outside of the norm. This is where we come in.
We are a private, small business, and as such, all service charges would be paid by you on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed to.
Yes, we offer sales and service to commercial customers, lodging, and institutions.
Yes, we offer systems that can be distributed over single-mode fiber optic infrastructure. This method is uses a passive distribution, and can cover large warehouse facilities, datacenters, to entire cities.
There are many advantages to this distribution method. The system performance is equal to each display having a dedicated dish, however there is in-fact just a single dish.
It is very cost effective for installation, especially if the fiber plant is already in place. It will outperform multiple dish’s, and it will reduce service call charges for repairs down the road.
